The business and the affairs of the corporation is managed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of at least nine and up to twenty-five members who shall be elected or appointed as follows: one director appointed by the City of Redfield; one director appointed by the Spink County Commissioners; all other directors shall be elected by the registered voters of the membership.
