finishes 7th at International BB Gun Championship

spacerThe Spink County Shooting Sports team traveled to Bowling Green, KY to compete in the 2006 International BB Gun Championship Match June 30th-July 2nd on the campus of Western Kentucky University. The team placed 7th at the match.

 		spacerForty teams competed. The three teams representing South Dakota all finŽished in the top ten.
spacerIndividually, **Tony Lyren placed third in kneeling with a score of 97.07, and he scored 100% on his test. **Kyle Owens placed third in standing with a score of 94.04. All five team members scored 94 or above on their test.
spacerAlternates Colin Blume and Christian Lewis also had a good tournament. **Colin placed first in kneeling in the alternate division with a score of 97.05. **Christian Lewis placed third in standing with 91.03, and third in sitting with 98.07.
