The business and the affairs of the corporation are managed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of at least seven and up to nine members who shall be elected or appointed as follows: one director appointed by the City of Redfield; one director appointed by the Spink County Commissioners; all other directors shall be elected by the registered voters of the membership.
